Reservation Policies
at Arcady Vineyard Bed & Breakfast

 

We have as few policies as possible!

Please note we are a NON SMOKING PROPERTY to protect our health and satisfy our insurance policy. If a guest smokes in a suite they are responsible for the cleaning fee of $300.

Due to our Wine Country Service, we cannot accommodate those under the age of 21

Our Silken Windhounds reside in our separate owner's quarters and the vineyard. Nevertheless, we may not be suitable for those with severe allergies to animals.

We regret we cannot accommodate guests' pets in our B&B.

Cancellation policy:

Reservations cancelled 10 days out from check in day will incur a $20 processing fee.

The entire reservation will be charged if cancellation is less than 10 days from check in date.

Early departures and no-shows are responsible for the cost of their entire reservation.

Cancellations must be made by phone as emails are not reliable. You do NOT have a cancellation unless we have issued you a cancellation number. Cancellations can be called in at our toll free number: 888 VA GRAPE from anywhere in the United States.

Wine tours booked while staying at another B&B or hotel must be confirmed with a deposit check in the amount of $25 per person. To find out how to book the wine tour separately please go to www.arcadyvineyard.com
