Arcady’s Tempting Treats
Cost: $35Six large fresh strawberries, dipped and drizzled in rich Belgian chocolate, placed in your room’s fridge for you to enjoy at check-in with your complimentary sparkling wine! Please provide 48-hours’ notice.
Gourmet Anniversary or Birthday Cake
Cost: $55A beautiful specialty cake from our favorite local gourmet bakery. Choose from the Vanilla – vanilla sponge with Bavarian cream, iced with marzipan frosting (an almond paste) or the Chocolate – chocolate cake on the bottom, then dark chocolate, white chocolate, and milk chocolate mousse, covered with a milk chocolate glaze. Please let us know your preference in the Special Accommodations section of your reservation. A three-day notice required.
Bouquet of 12 Roses
Cost: $55A vase of a dozen fresh roses will greet you in your room upon check-in. At the end of your stay, we’ll carefully wrap them for your sweetheart to take home. Prefer a different flower? Just let us know-we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please provide 48-hours’ notice.

Arcady Vineyard Intimate Elopement Package
Designed just for the two of you, this package includes:
- A respected local officiant to perform a personalized ceremony
- Your choice of location: the vineyard, back deck, or our cozy Barrel Room
- A custom bouquet and/or boutonnière in your chosen color, crafted from fresh, in-season flowers
- A 6-inch vanilla sponge cake with Bavarian cream and marzipan icing, decorated with your names and color palette (alternative flavors available upon request)
- A split of premium Virginia sparkling wine to toast your first moments as newlyweds
- Professional photography throughout your celebration, with all images delivered electronically
Ceremonies are typically held between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Alternate times or days may be available with advance notice and during off-peak season.
Important Notes:
- This package is exclusively for elopements (just the two of you). However, we can accommodate adult guests who are also staying at Arcady Vineyard B&B.
- A two-night minimum stay in a guest room of your choice is required to book this package.
