To provide our guests with relaxing getaway accommodations in Charlottesville, VA, Arcady Vineyard Bed and Breakfast has as few policies as possible:
- Each of our guest rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people (1 bed per room). Additionally, we do not have breakfast seating for more than 2 guests per room. The B&B and property are for the use of registered guests only unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.
- Our liquor license requires all guests be age 21 or over.
- Although we love them, we do not provide accommodations for pets.
- As we live in the B&B, this is not a “party” house. If you don’t keep us up late, we won’t wake you up early!
Check in is between 4-7 pm. We generally cannot provide an earlier check in during our peak seasons of Spring, Summer and Fall but you are encouraged to call before check in day to inquire. Guaranteed early check in (1:00) is available for a non refundable fee of $40. Late check ins must be arranged in advance by a phone call to the B&B. PLEASE NOTE: Masks are required at check in and in all common areas of the building. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note: we are a COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY to protect our health and satisfy our insurance policy. This means no smoking or vaping inside or anywhere outside on the property. Smoking/vaping in guest or common rooms will result in a $300 cleaning charge per room to be paid by the guest.
Per our insurance policy, no open flames in guest or common rooms, i.e. candles and incense.
Reservations cancelled 10 days out from check-in day will incur a $25 processing fee (per each room reserved).
The entire reservation will be charged if cancellation is less than 10 days from check-in date, unless the room can be rebooked, in which case a $25 processing fee (per room) will be charged. In the case of a proven emergency we will apply your deposit to a future visit.
Early departures and no-shows are responsible for the cost of their entire reservation. Any reservation that is moved inside the cancellation policy time frame must be paid in full at the time of move with a new no cancel/no refund policy for the new reservation date. Cancellations should be made by phone, as email can be unreliable.
If you have COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID please call us to cancel and or reschedule your visit. A doctor’s note is required if this occurs less than 10 days before your check-in day.
